I've been on two antidepressants for years. I basically panic when I think of everything I have to do throughout the day and then I get overwhelmed and depressed. I can never finish a chore.. I see another chore that needs to be done and I start on that one. I think alot of people deal with this. I have ADHD, this certainly has helped me with clarity, focus, and energy. The caffeine in this doesn’t make me anxious, which is an issue for me with coffee and energy drinks. The pills certainly do make me more productive and gives me clarity to get work done for the day.
